Request a Baptismal Certificate
​To request a baptism certificate please email [email protected]  or request in person during office hours Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10am-1.00pm. Alternatively, you can also use the form below and payment can be made online using the below QR code.
Please include the following details:

• Name of child
• Child's date of birth
• Child's approximate date of ceremony.
• Please note: we kindly ask for a €5.00 donation per certificate (if collected or sent by email) or €7 for a certificate to be posted. Payment can be made using the below QR code. 

If you send a stamped self addressed envelope with €5 enclosed, please include the above details  of name, date etc we will send you the certificate the next day.
