This special year offers a unique opportunity to rediscover the heart of our faith and, for those who have been away, to return with renewed joy to the celebration of the Eucharist.
Sunday – the day of the Lord – has always held a central place in the life of the Church. It is the day of resurrection, rest, and Eucharist. It is the day when we gather as a community, united in our love for Christ, to encounter the risen Lord and be nourished in body and soul.
In this document, we reflect on the immense significance of Sunday Mass – not simply as a ritual, but as the source and summit of our faith. Here, we meet Christ in His living presence and are strengthened to live as His disciples. Attending Sunday Mass, or its vigil on Saturday evening, is more than a duty; it is a sacred privilege and a chance to be renewed by God’s love.
We invite you to explore this message with an open heart, and to embrace the precious gift of Christ’s presence among us in the Eucharist.
To download a copy of Why Sunday Matters as a PDF, please click here

Parish Safeguarding Awareness Session - 24th March 2026 7-9PM

https://www.meadowbrookparish.ie/news/parish-safeguarding-awareness-session-24th-march-2026-7-9pm

https://www.meadowbrookparish.ie/news/parish-safeguarding-awareness-session-24th-march-2026-7-9pm#comments

Uncategorized

      [...]

Card Payments

https://www.meadowbrookparish.ie/news/card-payments

https://www.meadowbrookparish.ie/news/card-payments#comments

Uncategorized

We are now able to take card payments in the Parish Office during office hours for items such as:Mass cards, special intentions, baptism &confirmation certs, sacraments or donations.
